Information we collect

When you request service we collect what’s needed to help you: your name, phone number, location, vehicle details and the destination for a tow. If you call, the call may be recorded for quality and dispatch accuracy. Our website records standard server logs and, if enabled, analytics and advertising measurement data (such as Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking) using cookies or similar technologies.

How we use it

To dispatch a truck, quote and complete your service, and follow up about it
To process payment and keep business records
To measure how people find this website and improve it
To comply with legal obligations

Sharing

We share information only with the people and services needed to complete your request (for example the driver assigned to you, a payment processor, or a repair shop you asked us to deliver to), with service providers that run this website and our booking tools, and when the law requires it. We don’t sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you text us or ask us to text you, we use your number only to coordinate your service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
