Quotes and payment
The price quoted by our dispatcher covers the service described on the call. If the situation on arrival is materially different from what was described (for example a vehicle in a ditch rather than on the shoulder, or a destination change), the driver will explain any change before work begins, and you can decline the service. Payment is due when the service is completed unless arranged otherwise.
Your vehicle
You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorized to request service for it. Please remove valuables before transport and tell us about anything unusual (modifications, low clearance, leaking fluids, keys unavailable) so we can plan the job safely.
Cancellations
If you no longer need us, call as soon as possible. Ask the dispatcher about any charge that may apply once a truck has been dispatched.
